2021 Property Taxes!

Good morning all! I hope everyone is doing great, and had an amazing summer. Can you believe we are almost into 2022?? About this time of the year, I get questions from clients about their property tax bill. They will be coming out soon, so keep an eye out for them. If your mortgage servicer is handling your taxes/insurance, they will be paying that bill in the period to get the discount.

If you are paying your own property tax bill, it is due 11/15.

For those of you who have your tax bill paid for by your lender, it will be YELLOW.

If you are paying your own tax bill, it will be GREEN. Remember, green means go pay your tax bill!
