Co-signing on a loan could be a VERY bad idea!

"Co-signing for a family member or a friend with low credit or bad credit to help them out can be a life altering decision. When you co-sign on a loan you are accepting 100% responsibility for the life of the loan, you are securing the loan with your credit and if for any reason the loan goes into default you are responsible. Watch this video and DM me or leave a comment below with any questions you may have and make sure you JUST SAY NO."

    Rate update 10/14

Mortgage rates are getting better today..a welcome change to the last couple of weeks. Red is bad, green is good.

    Fed and interest rates-

Great article below on the Fed soon to announce that they will stop tapering. That means they will stop supporting the bond and credit markets. That will more than likely put pressure on mortgage rates to go up. The Fed could be done tapering by next summer From CNN Business' Paul R. Rate Update 10/12

HomeBot- Keep track of your home value, and what you can do with that!

I have signed up with a new service called HomeBot. It is really awesome, and allows you to keep track of your home's estimated value. It also has a ton of great tools on what refinancing would look like, what you can do with your equity, and many other cool things. Feel free to sign up here. If you do sign up, you will get an email once a month keep track of your numbers. And, if you ever want to chat about refinancing, or get ready to buy a new home, you can easily get a ho

Mortgage Rates Continue to get worse

Mortgage rates have continues to get worse on us. Lots of things going on here, but the big one is the hovering fear of inflation. Costs are continuing to go up, with is going to put pressure the Fed to increase rates faster than planned. They are also going to be tapering sooner rather than later. That means they are going to stop purchasing mortgage backed securities, which will make rates go higher. Here is the rate graph..Red is bad, green is good. We are probably up almo
    2021 Property Taxes!

    2021 Property Taxes!

Good morning all! I hope everyone is doing great, and had an amazing summer. Can you believe we are almost into 2022?? About this time of the year, I get questions from clients about their property tax bill. They will be coming out soon, so keep an eye out for them. If your mortgage servicer is handling your taxes/insurance, they will be paying that bill in the period to get the discount. If you are paying your own property tax bill, it is due 11/15. For those of you who
