Mortgage rate update- things moving up

Good morning all!

Mortgage rates have had two big moves for the first two days of this week. We knew this was coming, and as the stock market goes higher, rates are going to go up. Below is the rate graph for today, red bars are bad, green are good.

I just priced out a simple 740 credit score, 20% down, purchase of a single family home, and we are getting closer and closer to mid 3's. STILL AMAZING RATES!
